Marko is a very professional mechanic who showed up on time to fix my car. Before beginning he analyzed the issue and decided where to begin. He walked me through what he was doing step-by-step with explanation. Of course he fixed the issue within an agreeable amount of time. After fixing the issue, he took the car for a test drive to see if everything was working properly. I highly recommend Marko- he is efficient, knowledgeable, friendly, and trustworthy.

He got here about 20mins early. He got right to work, he was quick and accurate. I will use him for all my work. Also I read a review about him being in a beat up car, that’s common sense for a mechanic because they fix cars so they can have a car a lot longer than the rest of us who know nothing. Don’t judge a man by his car when u need him to fix yours

Marko confirmed that the cause for the inoperable wipers was due to a prior repair, and he also resolved an issue created by the previous YourMechanic mechanic, Dan, where he did not reinstall a fuse in the correct position. Unfortunately, 5 days later I'm still waiting to hear back from YourMechanic's warranty staff regarding the final resolution on this problem. My wife's car needs a new wiper relay which was fried as a result of the prior repair. Still waiting...

Marko was very good, on time and very knowledgeable about my Audi, completed the entire job in one hour where an outside shop told me it was a 2-3 hour job. Saved me a great deal of money.
