What is the Windshield Wiper Blade all about?

A windshield wiper consists of a pivoting arm with a long rubber blade. Powered by the wiper motor, the blade swings back and forth over the glass windshield, clearing debris and enhancing visibility. Vladimir went above and beyond what he had to do, he was scheduled to put an hour into the inspection, but I emailed him and told him that the car he would be inspecting was a salvage title and I was concerned it could be repaired with substandard parts. He assured me he would make sure he checked everything.
