Patrick is on time or lets me know well in advance whether an earlier appointment is running over. He's polite and friendly and not too chatty, so I can trust that he will get the job done without me needing to check in or oversee anything. He's explained things to me and listened to my feedback/description of the problem, and I trust his explanations and recommendations. I highly recommend him and have already booked him for multiple appointments.

All about Engine or Transmission Mount Replacement

An engine mount, made of rubber and steel, has two purposes. One, it secures the engine and transmission to the frame of the car, and two, it absorbs the road shocks and engine vibrations so that the driver does not feel any engine movement. Transmission mounts secure the transmission. Most cars have multiple engine and transmission mounts. If one of the mounts breaks, you will feel significant engine movement (vibrations and/or shaking).
