Tim was very nice and he arrived to my home on time. I was very impressed by his knowledge with Hondas as well as the problems I was facing with my car. My appointment was first booked as a water pump replacement and my car was overheating which later was change to my radiator being replaced. Tim did a great job by cleaning up his work area and he was very respectful. After finishing up, I headed to work but stopping at a red light I noticed my temperature gage rising and my car begin to overheat. I thought it could have been because he just finished the job. Before parking at work, My car begin to shake and my check engine light appeared. I couldn't leave work to address the issue so I decided to wait until lunch. During lunch, I went to turn my car on and noticed the check engine light was off, so I thought great deal maybe it was a sensor. After arriving to get lunch, I turned the car off to get lunch at Sonic and after returning to my car to head back..MY CAR DIDN'T CRANK.. I'm not sure what happened but I eventually had to call a tow truck considering Tim was miles away in Riverdale,GA (after calling him) and I was near Covington,GA and He stated he couldn't help today and he could come another day. He did give me advice and told me to wait until the car cool down to try and crank it as well as try and turn the car over and hit the gas at the same time. Unfortunately, It didn't work and I had to call a towing company.

Mike was committed to finding out the problem with my car, and because I did not want another set of hands touching my car, he let me know when he would be available on the site so he could comeback to put the new part on.
