Common reasons for this to happen:

Seat is not fully secured to vehicle

Over time, bolts and hardware holding the seat to the vehicle can loosen or wear out. Sometimes this can be fixed with a few turns of a wrench, so it should be addressed immediately for comfort and to ensure the safety of the car is maintained.

Worn out suspension parts

The suspension in a vehicle performs the task of keeping everything smooth and level while traveling down the road. If any components malfunction, become loose, or bend, then the result may be vibrations in the vehicle. In the case of a vibrating driver’s seat, suspension components in the rear are a likely culprit.
