Whitney was outstanding in all regards. I have used many mechanics in 40 years of car ownership and he is tops. He was able to see that the EGR sensor, as well as the EGR, was malfunctioning and replaced both in the allotted time. It was obvious that Whitney has a great deal of experience with cars, including an older car like mine, and he was happy to explain the repairs and reasoning This saves me so much time and i learn about my car in the process.
