my experience with Reyna was limited since the repair order did not match the actual problem with my car. However, she quickly determined this and called the company. She answered my questions about the situation and a new repair order that correctly aligns the problem with another service call was scheduled for February 27, 2017. I felt very comfortable with Reyna and requested Reyna for this new appointment.

Reyna was exactly what I would want in a mechanic. She is personable, answers your questions and shows exceptional knowledge about your car. She willingly answers all your questions. She finished my job in the expected amount of time. I was very pleased with her performance and would certainly welcome her again when I need mechanical help.
