Joshua is always on time. He is friendly, very knowledgable and happy to take the time to explain everything. The mobile service is so convenient I don't think I could go back to a shop now. I have complete faith in the repairs Joshua is doing and I never have to wonder if I'm being taken advantage of. Thank you Your Mechanic!

I was skeptical, like many people will be when it comes to using Your Mechanic, but I am glad I chose to use their business. I mean come on, a mechanic that comes out to you and fixes your car while you do whatever it is you want. It sounds too good to be true doesn't it. That's what I thought at first too. I am very satisfied with the service I received from Manuel. He arrived 15 minutes early, and proceeded to go over the services I requested for my car. He also asked me if there was any other concerns or problems with my car that I wanted him to look at. I told him about the problem I have been having with my hood latch, and he said he would take a look at it free of charge since it only needed to be adjusted. Manuel kept me up to date with the status of my car, and he even informed me that one of my wheels were missing the spindle nut (part of the wheel bearing assembly), and he went out of his way to find the part at the local junk yard! I didn't have to pay him anything either. Once my car was complete, he gave me a summary of what he did, the overall cost, and followed through with his recommendations. For those of you that are skeptical of using this service, go out on a limb and give them a try and you won't be disappointed. The people that wrote negative reviews are biased. How can you say a company or service is below average when they have only been to Your Mechanic one time? It is unfair to bash the company when one doesn't even have an accurate baseline on how the company operates. It's understandable that everyone has an "off" day and may not provide the best service possible, but keep in mind these mechanics come to you to work on your car. If one does not like this company, go to the dealership and pay more money. It's ultimately your choice. One last thing, if you're unsure of the service or have questions, just call the company and talk to them. They are people too and will do what they can to leave a lasting impression on you.

All about Brake Shoe Replacement

Brake shoes are found only at the rear wheels in cars with a drum brake system. When you step on the brake pedal, brake shoes press against the brake drums to cause friction that slows down the car. Brake shoes usually last twice as long as brake pads.
