I could tell he's a nice respectable guy, I had a car that would crank but not start. Unfortunately John's diagnosis of a new fuel pump was incorrect and I'm still left with a car that's not running and a question mark and broad array of possible reasons as to why it won't run. I was a bit suspicious after his diagnosis because he automatically assumed it was the fuel pump after narrowing the problem down to a fuel delivery issue, but not doing any type of test to insure that the pump was actually broken or working improperly, so I ended up wasting about $250 on parts and labor with that mess up, not to mention the $70 assessment fee. And not any fault of John's but scheduled an appointment with your mechanic to do the labor for the job and they waited until 30 minutes before appointment to call and tell me they can't do the service in a mobile setting because it would require the use of a lift (which they could have used a jack) and the appointment was booked three days ahead of time so plenty of time was offered to call and inform me instead of waste my time. I will no longer be using the your mechanic services and will just get a tow to a real shop from now on.

OMGosh what can be said except this is a remarkable man and mechanic. I asked questions, he listened and answered in a way that I would understand. I started with what the issue has been and he listened to me and acknowledged what I was saying. Respectable man and mechanic who was thorough in what he was doing for me and the car.
