At the time I ordered, Milenko was assigned as my service provider and I was able to read his reviews before committing. He had 57 reviews, nearly all 5-star, nothing under a 4. Mike was professional, super efficient and a great communicator. He explained what he was going to do, worked quickly, and then explained what he did afterwards and made sure I was comfortable with the whole process. He would have finished quicker than the estimated 90 minutes but had to break for about 20 minutes due to major rain. As soon as the weather broke, he was back at it. I was super impressed with this whole experience and plan to do other repairs through YourMechanic.com in the future. And hopefully i will be assigned Milenko because he was awesome!

The whole process was very professional. Albert was prompt, courteous, professional, cleancut and competent. He was easy to work with and was very open with information about what he was doing. He successfully troubleshot my "vehicle not starting issue" and fixed it in my own driveway.
