This was my first experience with YourMechanic.com (or any mobile mechanic services) and I was really impressed. At the time I ordered, Milenko was assigned as my service provider and I was able to read his reviews before committing. He had 57 reviews, nearly all 5-star, nothing under a 4. Mike was professional, super efficient and a great communicator. He explained what he was going to do, worked quickly, and then explained what he did afterwards and made sure I was comfortable with the whole process. He would have finished quicker than the estimated 90 minutes but had to break for about 20 minutes due to major rain. As soon as the weather broke, he was back at it. I was super impressed with this whole experience and plan to do other repairs through YourMechanic.com in the future. And hopefully i will be assigned Milenko because he was awesome!

Very friendly and professional. Spent a lot of time showing me what he was working on and explaining how the parts interrelate and what was causing the malfunction without talking down to me.
