Matt was very knowledgeable and was able to fix the issue with my rear wiper without needing to replace the motor, saving me a few hundred dollars on parts. I appreciate the fact that he is looking out for the consumer.

Arrived slightly early (for a 7:00 a.m. appointment on a Sunday, which is a good sign) and performed his work efficiently and professionally. Personable and professional.
