Ben showed up on time. He was polite, professional and very knowledgeable about my Chevrolet Suburban. I booked an appointment because my ABS light was on; but Ben went the extra mile and checked the pressure in my tires as well. The weight was off on all four tires and he adjusted it. I would definitely request Ben again and gladly refer others to him! Excellent service!!!

Russell

Russell was a very nice mechanic that works for a not so good company. They say when you get your diagnostic it costs 70.00 that will then be waved apon booking for services with the following quote being for the actual service rendered. When infact, that fee never gets waved. So when you get your quote for how much the actual services cost to get your car fixed , add another 70.00 on top of that quote. I thought Russell was a very nice mechanic and knew exactly what was wrong and worked very hard. Unfortunately, he works for a company that's not so honest in their business practices. Thanks russell!

All about CV Axle / Shaft Assembly Replacement

Axle shafts are commonly referred to as “CV axles” or “half-shafts.” An axle shaft is a narrow, pole-like part that connects a wheel to the gears in the transmission. Axles are part of the system that enables the wheels to rotate. One end of the axle shaft is connected to the transmission and the other end is connected to the wheel. The transmission rotates the axle shafts, which rotates the wheels. Without the axles, the tires will not rotate and the car will not move. Axle shafts are comprised of four components: shaft, CV joints, grease and the boots (grease container). The most common reason for the axle to fail is because of the torn boots (grease leaking out). Without the grease, the CV joints will not get lubricated, dirt will enter the joint and the whole axle will eventually wear out.
