James was GREAT! I'm used to being stood up by mechanics who say they'll be at my house by a certain time. It was refreshing that, not only did I get messages saying James was on his way, he even called and asked if it was ok if he came EARLIER! He didn't rush through the job either, as if he was in a hurry to be elsewhere. He treated my car the way I imagine he'd treat his own. I've already given out all the referral cards he left me, and I know I'll soon be calling to arrange for him to come do the tune up I want next.

Saved me a lot of money and stress, thought I was going to have to replace an engine, and instead he found a leak in the radiator. Worked quickly and was very easy to get along with.

Ben arrived on time and did an excellent job on my old truck. He explained what he was doing and showed me the worn-out parts. He answered all my questions and told me about some other work that needs to be done. I highly recommend Ben!

All about Ball Joint Replacement

Ball joints are a part of your vehicle's suspension system that connect the steering knuckles to the control arms. A ball joint is essentially a flexible ball and socket that allows the suspension to move and, at the same time, the wheels to steer. Cars and trucks will have multiple ball joint assemblies depending on their type of suspension system. Like any other suspension component, ball joints will eventually wear out and become loose. Excessive play in the joint can affect wheel alignment and tire wear. Loose joints can also cause suspension noise (typically a "clunking" sound when going over a bump). If a ball joint fails, the suspension can collapse, causing a loss of control of the vehicle.
