Milad came and replaced my Honda's front brakes and rotors. He was on time, did the job so much faster than regular shop usually does, carefully explained to me what was done exactly. Also gave me several recommendations that actually made sense:) I did a test drive right after that - all is good and works perfectly. Very satisfied with his services, highly recommend.
I found Mila extremely competent and thorough. He was very friendly and highly professional in explaining everything accomplished for me, including a complete examination report on my car. Kyle was very professional. He was on time and very accommodating. Under the circumstances (rain), he had to work on my car in a garage on a very hot day, and he was completely fine with it. There was also a part that wasn't quite right, and he had no problem running to a local hardware store to get the job done that day and done right. Because it took a little longer than expected with the addition part that needed to be purchased (with no additional cost to me), I had to run to another appointment. My mom finished the rest of the engagement and Kyle was again, very understanding and accommodating. The entire experience was a great one, which is a bonus on top of saving a ton of money that I would have had to have spent at a regular mechanics shop!
Guebre was very polite and did a good job with the work that he did. Unfortunately, the emergency brake wasn't touched. It's currently useless.

Bottom Line, Mr. Samadullahs is a super representative for your team. Sam not only has a great and out going personality, but he greeted and treated me as if I were one of his special and steady clients. On the day of our meeting, Sam arrived on time, spent some moments reviewing the problem, examined the engine and the parts I had purchased, then with his CAN-DO attitude and cheerful personality, Sam jumped into the physical work. As with any older mechanical motor, there are always surprises requiring strategy changes and innovations to complete a job. It was really a pleasure to watch a pro like Sam keep his out-going personality, his smile, and his CAN-DO attitude as he worked through each situation. Sam has won my respect with his No-Nonsense and Lets-Make-It-Happen professionalism, his wining personality, and his super people skills. Keep up the great work Sam!
