Dan was awesome! He showed up on time and was very professional. Turns out I was wrong with what the problem was and he was upfront and honest with me. The end cost was cheaper than originally quoted. He could have just done the work I requested but it wasn't necessary. I think all charges were justified and because he came to me, I feel I saved even more money by not missing work. I will definitely book Dan again!

Corey was professional however he was unable to get a part from the dealership so that changed my spot date by a week with no notification. Then, he was still unable to get the part and the company changed my quote prices and jacked up the other service prices without my confirmation. Ultimately he was still even unable to do the other repairs to due lack of tools and once again, I had my invoice changed and rates raised for labor since he couldn’t get the rotors off and only did brake pads and was overcharged again. Corey stated he does not regulate the pricing but if I had taken to a garage none of these things would have been issues, so he is not at fault but I would not use the service again as it was way more hassle than it is worth.
