He took time to explain what was going to happen and when presented with some challenges he was forthcoming that he didn't know. Greg showed up a bit earlier and completed the job in time. Very pleasant to talk to. Provided pictures of new wheel bearing before putting the wheel back on which i was able to see. I would love to have him work on my car again if needed in the future.
