Great experience! My car was smoking a ittoe. Lucas came, went through the whole vehicle searching for the cause and included me in the process. It is thought that it might be the radiator cap. Lucas instructed me on what to do and what to look for. If in a 24 hour period it resumes smoking he will return. Did I mention that it was pouring down raining ? Hopefully his recommendation works but if not, I know who to call. Thanks Lucas.

He did a great job and was very knowledgeable. My husband and I were hesitant due to some bad reviews we saw on BBB from people across the country regarding their experience with other mechanics. Thank God we got Henry and not one of those others. Two other mechanics brushed us off because they were scared to deal with our car because it was so tricky. He kept us informed of any delay he was having before we had to reach out to him. From the minute he arrived he was very warm with a positive attitude, was not rushing, and paid attention to detail.
