2007 Ford E-150 85,000 mile service at the convenience of your home or office

My only complaint is that he couldn't be scheduled to do the actual starter replacement until Saturday! Had to schedule another tech thru their site for tomorrow afternoon. Had hoped to get fixed today....

Great service, even though it was something simple as me not putting the coils that go unto the Spark plugs right my car wasn't able to turn on in order to take it somewhere, great communication too since he said he was going to be late due to an emergency, 10/10 great service will definitely call again incase of any other emergencies that arise in the future!

We could not have asked for a better experience! Gustavo arrived early. He was friendly and personable from the moment we said hello and shook hands. He did the 50 point inspection with my husband and son observing. He did not mind them being there at all. He was honest with us and explained everything that needed to be done and how soon each thing should be done. We are definitely going to have him take care of these things for us soon. I highly recommend Your Mechanic, especially for Seniors and those who just don't have the time to go sit at a service center. I am so grateful that Gustavo was assigned to us! I cannot say enough good things about him, his expertise, his service and the way he treated us! We are really happy and look forward to him fixing our truck soon.
