Jacob was extremely nice! Very methodical about his approach. I talked to Several mechanics and none of them could explain why my vehicle was doing what it was doing. Jacob told me upfront that he wasn’t sure he would be able to fix it but, I told him to come on out.… LOL… He arrived and had the truck running in 20 minutes. Very nice guy. I highly recommend Jacob.
