Joel was on time and got the job done in a timely manner. This was my first experience with my mechanic and I was completely satisfied.
He was quick and efficient. He took before and after photos of the part and the car. He took time to do a brief inspection of the car as well.
Tom was very thorough, giving me knowledge on other matters that would need attention, and was able to complete the work needed in a very timely manner.

Arrived early and was open and honest about issues with my car. Replaced the serpentine belt and got my car running again. I will be using auto mechanic again for emergency car repairs !
