Tyler did good work. Be was friendly and courteous. BUT...Even though he texted me 20 minutes before my appointment time to tell me that he was on his way, he was 1 hour and 15 minutes late. Maybe there were legitimate traffic problems, but in the 1:35 between his initial text and his arrival, I should have received updates on ETA.
