Robert was great. He was kind and made sure that I felt comfortable with the experience. He did his work quickly, and grabbed me to show me what was wrong with the car and what he fixed as he went along. He made sure that I was in the loop and understood what was happening.
Brett showed up early, and got everything done very quickly. Even though both Brett and myself could not recreate the occurrence of the issue, he overviewed the whole car, and even let me know about recommended maintenance on the timing chain for my car. Overall very easy to talk to, very knowledgable, and would highly recommend to anyone.
