Russell was thorough, professional and personable and explained everything he was doing. Russell is a breath of fresh air. I have dealt with mechanics in the past. He is top notch and he can continue working on any of my cars in the future.
Attila took the time to find out the car's repair history. He did not act rushed and seemed genuinely interested in diagnosing the problem. I was very impressed by his expertise and knowledge, and also for being able to explain the problem in terms you could understand.
