Arturo was great. Fast, knowledgable, and helpful.
He very thorough from the beginning. Made no assumptions. Was very poised and professional as I hovered with curiosity. Seemed to be following a "method of observation" while troubleshooting that led to a simple solution, in short amount of time, on an old vehicle that has multiple little problems.
