Son was very thorough and provided me with a small list of recommended parts and services that will enable my SUV to run more efficiently and get better gas mileage. He was honest and open about what is needed and not needed. He also provided me with various price ranges of what the expected repairs migh cost. Not only did Son providedme with recommended service, he showed me how to replace some of the parts myself if I elected to do so. Son was able to arrive earlier than our schedule time. He was friendly and suggested priority services and recommended services that were affordable. I highly recommend him to diagnose any problems you are having with your car.
