It's been said, " The first impression is a lasting impression" ! .... The first thing that impressed me with Tyrec , was his patience, while listening to me describe details of issues with my vehicle. He was very professional, well mannered, knowledgeable, and took into consideration what I, as the customer, was saying. Then .... after Tyrec had assessed/diagnosed the problem, he was very detail oriented on informing me of the issue. He explained everything, in a manner that even I, could understand. Would definitely refer to others.
