Micheal was friendly and professional. He was very patient with my son and his car.
Had a problem with my manual transmission car not shifting into gear but I wasn't sure what the issue was. Lucas was able to diagnose it quickly, explained to me in detail how it should work, and rescheduled for another day to fix it as it required a new part. The issue was resolved in a timely matter in the following appointment, and was ultimately a pleasurable first experience with YourMechanic. Thanks Lucas!
