Rico did an excellent job of identifying the problem, and showing me through a picture of the specific problem and the needed repair.

Arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem.
Sam was exceptionally polite and arrived exactly on time. He was also knowledgeable, considerate, and pleasant. He figured out the problem immediately, took a picture of the damaged area, showed me the picture, checked the fluids, and gave me a quote. I rate him very highly and will be using him to do the repair.
