Jonathan had a difficult time with my Jeep Grand Cherokee water pump replacement. It took much longer than anticipated and once the pump was removed he discovered a rotted tube which also needed to be replaced. In addition, because I'd had to leave and absent-mindedly took the key with me, he was unable to test the repair adequately once complete which meant he had to come back later to complete the repair. Through it all, Jonathan maintained a professional attitude and demonstrated a dedication to getting the job done right and to my satisfaction. I waited a couple of weeks to enter this review to ensure that the repair 'stuck' and it has. So even though the job took longer and cost more (due to the rotted tube) I have to say that I am very satisfied with Jonathon and my experience with YourMechanic.com. Thanks!
