Called ahead and arrived early. Did a good job with clutch cable, made adjustments after I test drove the car. Have had this car 43 years (my first car in 1976), recently had the body refurbished and painted, Andrew took extra care around the entire car without my asking.
He worked in the WA drizzle, and now my car I see better than when I first got it (used). I'm aware now of what a bad clutch cable feels like, and as this was my first time ever using the site, I'm probably a lifer. The warranty, being able to schedule & know that he is going to show up was a relief. I've dealt with some mechanics that just aren't as professional or thorough as this platform seems to be. Thank you so much!
Robert was prompt and very quickly assessed the problem with my clutch cable that had snapped, and he noticed a serpentine belt crack that could have given me problems quite soon. Further research on the serpentine belt in conjunction with knowing how my car drives has convinced me that this man is definitely a qualified and reliable mechanic. I totally recommend him, just don't keep him so busy that I can't book him as needed. By the way, the clutch cable was well replaced and I'm very please with how my car shifts gears now.
