Arrived on time, worked fast, even taught me a few tricks about the car, showed me what other future problems might be.

Michael is the best. I'm so thrilled we ran into him.

Services by Joshua Floyd

He pays attention to details and goes above and beyond! He actually even complimented me for having troubleshot the problem. Appreciated! He changed out the part, checked all my fluids and made some recomendations that I will be scheduling. We had some great conversation. He loves what he does! Thats two cars he has fixed for me. Trying to get somebody on the phone was a big problem though...30 minutes on hold is not good! No reflect on Joshuas work.

Services by Daniel Stepnyan

Car wouldn’t start, so I did a online search for a mobile mechanic, to reduce the risk of traveling out during Covid. I found a company called your mechanic, and scheduled a 50 point inspection to determine the reason of non starting. The mechanic Rodney diagnosed that I needed to have Fuel Pump Relay, Fuel Filter, & Fuel Pump Replacement in order for car to be running again. So I scheduled an appointment to have the service. Daniel came out to service the car replacements. I signed his tablet authorizing the work to be completed. The company sent him with the wrong part. He didn’t realize it until he was ready to install. He left to exchange the part. Once everything was completed installed, he told me there was a $40 difference that I would have to pay in the part. I denied, because I was quoted $631.30 for parts and labor. He told me I would have to call customer service to dispute charges. I found it odd that the car wasn’t started, as he was telling me he was complete and trying to up charge. I asked him to start the vehicle. He says he tried, it sounds like it wants to start but won’t turn over. I explained that the reason for the repair, was to get the vehicle started again. Danielle says it jus need some gas. You will have to put gas in it. (Now as the repair man who is supposed to get the vehicle up & running based of the inspection, why do I have to complete your job). He then asked me who did the inspection, I gave him Rodney name, and he states that he had to fix a misdiagnosis previously of Rodney’s. Daniel then proceeds to ask me to sign the tablet to authorize payment and close the job work order. I refused. They were charging me $40 plus tax for a wrong part they provided & had to replace. Also charging me for a job they gave specifics on, and guaranteed results. Daniel left without my signature for the work order. And my vehicle still in the same state it was in when he arrived. I called my cousin to take me to AutoZone & the gas station, trying to be optimistic about the situation. But of course that was not the antidote, car still does not start. Called custom service, for them to basically tell me I can be refund for parts not labor, and after several minutes of debating, the rep agreed to send the up charge complaint for f the part to the escalations department. But I need to follow up in several days. To dispute the parts since under warranty. (Worst customer service ever). I even suggested that they send someone else to rectify the situation. They refused. So I’m out of $89 for the diagnosis. $20 for gas can. $6 for gas. $631.30 for parts and labor based on their findings, and my vehicle is non operational. I paid for a service based on the company discovery, and they did not deliver that service and refused to fix the problem. I am disputing $631.30 charges made by your mechanic. I also did not sign to close the work order and authorize final payment.
