John was very helpful and accommodating. I would book him again.
It was a endure to have Alfred work on my vehicle. After customer service and parts totally screwed up my initial appointment on Friday by not informing either myself or the mechanic that they could not get all of the necessary parts for my repair, it went smoothly. He was extremely pleasant and efficient in replacing my serpentine belt and tensioner pully assembly which I had to scramble to locate at 5pm on a Thursday. He even went the extra mile and rescheduled the appointment and even got my bill lowered as well. Alfred we ds performance was off the chart in all aspects. I just wish customer service & parts were much better at communicating not just with the mechanic but me as a customer. Thank you Alfred on a job well done. Would be glad to have you work on my car in the future.
My experience with John was great. He was punctual professional and knowledgeable. However the support he gets from your mechanic was sloppy haphazard and late. John arrived with the wrong part (not his fault) and had to come back a second time. Also I was billed over $42.00 for a part I could have purchased elsewhere for $6.99. I understand marking up parts is real and happens everyday, but marking something up 600% is robbery. I won’t be using your mechanic again
