Services by Brikk Bennett

Brikk was so great working on my car. He diagnosed and tested several things to determine the problems. He went above and beyond!! I highly recommend him!!

Services by James E Marymee

James showed up early for his appointment and was very friendly about everything. He explained everything that he did and asked for permission to do anything.

Services by Jose De La Cruz

Thank you Jose for the excellent job you did on my Nissan Versa today. I'm truly grateful for you because I was so worry and stress out about my car but you put me at ease. You came through for me and you got my car fix and for that I'm so thankful. Now I can drive my car stress free. You're awesome and an excellent mechanic. Thank you 😀

Services by Rudy Valenzuela

Cons: 1. Rudy did not show up on the original appointment date, 16 Sep 2016. I did not receive a call from him that he wasn't coming. Reason, unknown. I assume he failed to secure the needed part before the part places shut down because I know he didn't pick the part up until Monday 19 Sep right before arriving for the rescheduled appointment. 2. I had Rudy park on my driveway so he would be closer to the tools in the back of his truck but that may have been a mistake because his Ford pickup is in need of repair and it leaked a couple of oil spots on my driveway. Rudy knew his truck leaked oil and placed a piece of cardboard underneath but it unfortunately didn't catch all of the oil from his truck. 3. The job took over 3 hours instead of the estimated 1 hour. This is not Rudy's fault, the job duration was miscalculated. A portion of the exhaustt pipe had to be removed in order before Rudy could access the Neutral Safety Switch on the transmission of the 2002 Nissan Xterra V6-3.3L. The old wiring harness was also somewhat difficult to remove and install the new one. Pros: Rudy was kind, respectful, and took the necessary time to perform a thorough job. Rudy assessed the challenge of accessing the Neutral Safety Switch from underneath the vehicle and made the right decision to remove the exhaust pipe head from the engine so he could get to the Safety Switch on the transmission. I appreciated the meticulous manner in which he approached the job ensuring it was done correctly. Removing the old cable harness was particularly daunting. I also appreciated the follow-up inspection. Rudy noted the vehicle had an oil leak. In summary, I would welcome Rudy's return on a follow-up job, but he'll have to park his truck on the street.
