Jeff was a very competent and friendly mechanic. He was very knowledgeable and helped to identify other issues that will need to be repaired on my vehicle. He performed his job flawlessly even though the parts department/customer service did not perform their duties as I would expect. They sent out /ordered the incorrect parts which delayed the repair.
