Very friendly and helpful! I needed a second appointment and he was able to come back the same day with all the parts needed to get everything fixed.
Duy showed up early. He quickly found the issue; a tensioner pulley needed tightening and it solved the horrible belt squeal. Afterwards he also found and fixed a noise in the suspension of my toyota 4runner.
