Duy arrived right on schedule. He was very friendly and got right to work, checking to see which brakes were causing the problem. Once he told me what needed to be done, he said it would take less than an hour. Sure enough, in less than an hour he informed me the job was complete. He then completely cleaned everything up, processed the payment, and thanked me for using YourMechanic. It was a completely wonderful experience. I will definitely be a repeat customer and request Duy if I can wait until a Saturday.

There was an error made by us regarding the work that needed to be done on our vehicle when setting up the appointment online. When Duy arrived and when we realized this he was very understanding. He went and bought the correct parts needed and came back and preformed the repairs the same day. Trying to get out of town quickly for Thanksgiving and not having to wait another day for the repairs due to our error was a huge relief for us. Duy’s professional courtesy and flexibility really impressed us. Will definitely use him again when we need repairs done.

Duy was incredibly fast, friendly, and gave me updates on his arrival time which was super convenient. While he was working I was able to ask him questions unrelated to his work, and now I know my car does sound and look okay! Duy clearly knows what he’s doing, and I would definitely use him again in the future!
