Russell stopped what he was working on in order to come and put on my serpentine belt in the freezing cold but he was quick and accurate in finding the right way to do the work for me. He showed his skills as a mechanic quickly and fixed my car for me in pretty short order. He was very polite, professional and I will ask for him now whenever I have a problem with my car that I can't fix.
I sch'd & prepaid for serpentine belt replacement. He was 1 hr late; looked under hood, said labor was more, turned on car, poured Comet on it, he said to clean it because it didn't need changed, & that he'd correct price to diagnostic. He was very nice & I trusted him because I trust the Your Mechanic app. Which I use to avoid shady shop mechanics, but the Your mechanic procedures weren't followed at all. I still need the belt replaced. I was charged the same price as a belt replacement, he just changed name of service to adjustment & credited me back for parts not used.
