Robert was able to efficiently replace my hybrid car's dead battery and get it running again (it wouldn't respond to a jump start). I greatly appreciate the convenience of not having to have it towed. All the photos he took of the old/new parts in the report were completely blurry and unusable, however -- I had requested to know the exact model / brand of battery installed.
