Very knowledgeable and courteous! He explained everything to us and did a fantastic job. I will definitely request him the next time I need a mechanic!
My appointment was at 12:30, arrival time was 1:00, never received a call about being late or apology. Other than the issue above, Ben did all repairs within a reasonable amount of time and seemed knowledgeable of all repairs.
