Karl is very friendly and professionally. He also knows his stuff when it comes to cars! He was able to work patiently to solve our problem, trying a few different things to finally arrive at a solution that was easier and much less expensive than I was expecting. I'm very satisfied with Karl and with Your Mechanic!
