Gonzalo was a great mechanic, very knowledgeable and patient explaining the problem.

My experience was dreadful and I am intending to YELP loudly. I scheduled my first appointment and one hour before Honorio was to arrive it was canceled because previous work took longer than expected. That should have been a red flag for me. Honorio is a good man but had no idea how to fix my drive door window. He was continually checked Youtube to guide him. He ended up bending the regulator (confirmed by the General Tire and Auto mechanics who fixed my driver door window) and his wife had to bring a spare one. He could not install it the regulator. He arrived two hours early and after 5 hours nothing was accomplished. He removed both the inner door and out drive door panels. When he attempted to reattach the outer door panel he left the door rivet inside the cavity of the door. When my son-in-law and I pointed that out to him he stated that there was no rivet, even after we showed him the one on the passenger side. We closed the driver side door several times so he could hear the rivet inside the panel bouncing around. I initially was going to keep the "new" motor, which is still in its box after Honorio removed it and put back in the original motor. I was told by your phone representative that Honorio (or his wife) would pick it up. They didnot pick it up and you charged me $73 for a new motor that you removed from the door. If you refund my money and pick up the motor I will refrain from YELPing. If you refund my money and pick up the motor I will not forward this email to the Bureau of Automotive Repair and just call it a bad day for all. Godspeed, Tom.
