Went waaaaay above and beyond what was expected. Was courteous and friendly, as well as knowledgeable. Arrived on time, performed the repair with expertise, yada yada. 10/10.

Tinashe was awesome, very quick at assessment and problem solving. He was very professional and answered all my questions. Repair was done correctly and he cleaned up after himself how does it get any better than that:-)
