Joe was very knowledgeable and professional. I hope I can book him the next time I need work done on my car.
The mechanic himself was fine. He was nice and polite, he just wasn’t able to complete the job. I was told that I would be refunded the cost of the part and labor that he wasn’t able to complete but was met with a rudeness and unconcern for the issue. I spoke with a member of their warranty team and was told I would only be refunded $26 for a job that was incomplete when I paid $636. He gave me every excuse as to why they should not refund me for a portion of the labor cost even though the job was not complete. I’m having to dispute the transaction with my card company and take my car somewhere else to fix the same problem that I already paid for. Again the mechanic himself was very nice but the company was awful and I would not recommend them to anyone. They don’t stand behind their work or finish the job that you pay them for.
