Outstanding, timely, professional experience. We were visiting our kids two hours from home and had an emergency issue. Not only was the cost excellent but the convenience of Brian coming to us was such a relief. Best of all, I met a great family guy whom I’d love to do business with again.
Chris arrived ahead of time and did a thorough inspection of the problem of my fuel door not opening. He secured it so that the attendant could open it to put gas in at the gas station. Chris must send for correct genuine Volkswagen part to complete the fix! Will get back to me when the part comes in to schedule another appointment. I am a little old lady (81 years) driving a little old car (18 years)!
