Ronnie was late, but I found him to be an excellent mechanic and very personable.
Please be wary of this mechanic. If he makes a mistake he will be dishonest about the situation. He replaced the window regulator in my driver door and then compromised the ability for my door lock to rise. This after losing the pin in the door. The door hasn't been the same since the repair (upholstery falling, power window switch bowed out, door lock not rising) This is why I filed a claim and the company denied it because the mechanic said he didn't do anything wrong even after Patrick and I had the conversation in my driveway about the door lock pin now not lifting. I even tipped the guy. If he doesnt screw anything up, your experience may be good because he is a friendly guy. However, this does not make up for him fabricating the facts of the claim and the company not addressing, and in this case not believing, the customer's concerns. Be prepared to record all of your interactions with Patrick to protect yourself. I learned my lesson.
