He always does such a great job. Professional,friendly and I always feel confident when he works on my car. Would definitely recommend.
He was very detailed and took the time to explain everything to me in a way that I could understand. I felt very comfortable asking questions and the fact that he answered them easily made me feel confident in the advice he gave.
I have had a horrible experience with your mechanic this go round. Horrible. After brake work, a filter and spark plugs changed I went to drive to a doctor's appointment and all these indicator lights come on. I try to reach out to the mechanic and customer service and they handled things so badly. Mechanic kept telling me to text him pictures and I did multiple times...now I realize it was an app that probably can't even receive pictures. I have work tomorrow but they're telling me it'll be days before someone can come out and look at my car. Days! Things happen but the way they handled the misstep has left me so frustrated...which is crazy because the whole point of this is supposed to be convenience. So now I'm out a missed appointment fee for my doctor's appointment, and a day's work and I'm going to have to go up the street tomorrow and pay someone else to look at my car. I am so mad I could spit nails. They should have a better resolution plan in place. I no longer recommend
