Really great person to deal with. He's always "down to earth." He explains things in a way that I can understand. I find that he has a good sense of humor. His work is excellent.
Jeff arrived at 10:15 AM as promised. He did a great job. He is a consummate mechanic. Also, he listened to other problems that I am having and helped me understand the possible reasons. He was very friendly and respectful.
