Matthew is a true professional with excellent customer service qualities. We have 3 vehicles among our family members and he is our "go to guy" for any vehicle maintenance needs. He is upfront with any and all repairs and recommendations. We are glad that we have access to this type of service.
Matthew is a true professional. It was like having a personal mechanic. I wasn't sure where the issue was regarding my brakes (front/back, pads or rotors). Matthew walked me through potential issues and told me he would only do the work required. He found the issue and identified a major safety concern with my brakes. He allowed me to see for myself what the problem was and described exactly how the work would be done. It was reassuring knowing that I could get a professional mechanic that can solve my brake problem at my convenience and at my home. I would more than likely use Your Mechanic for my auto service and definitely request Matthew as my auto professional.
