Very knowledgeable and helpful.
Did not have a great experience with this mechanic. Broke a end cap on a lugnut and did not inform me. Left grease on my driveway. Did not reconnect a wire that caused numerous dashboard displays to appear. Did not test drive vehicle when done to see if initial problem was fixed and it had not been. To top things off he was over 2 hours late getting to the appointment and showed up with his wife and kid.
